To book your introductory class contact your local club instructor

introductory class ASAP as places can be limited.
Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced student of another discipline you are welcome to come and try a class at any of our clubs. There are
no age restrictions or fitness level requirements all you need is a willingness to try your best and have some fun.

The Limerick City club holds classes twice a week for all levels of students.
Classes are held in the

Wednesday: 7:00pm - 9:00pm - (all levels)
Saturday: 10:30am - 11:30am - (Mini Dragons)
Saturday: 11:30am- 13:30pm - (all levels)

The Clonlara club holds 2 classes a week, one for children and one for all levels of students.
