Our people have been together training for a long time , since the late 80's. Over the
years we have a lot of picture and articles that detail our history and memories that stand out for us. We are currently compiling these pictures
and articles & will be adding more to this page over the coming weeks.
Most of the pictures added to date are from Master Galligans collection but as we get more picture from the other black belts and members they will be added to this page.

Mr Forde & Master Daly were 2 of Master Galligans first students and in his first black belt group. They are both with Master Galligan since his Tae Kwon Do days. Both are Senior Instructors in the association with Master Galligan.

Master Galligan and Mr Keith O'Donnell are life long friends and have been training together for over 28 years. Below Master Galligan demonstrates a jump back kick, also in picture is Mr O'Donnell.

When President Mary McAleese visited a class being run by Master Galligan in his home parish of Southhill
the visit made the National newspapers.

In 1999 Master Galligan travelled to the USA to take part in Grand Master Kims
World Championships, below performs his form at Grand Master Kims Championships.

At the Championships Master Galligan was very successful placing 2nd in Forms & 2nd
in sparring. Master Galligan was also presented with a special award for his Fighting Spirit.

Pictured below is Mr Forde with Limerick professional boxer Jamie Power. Jamie was one of Master Galligans first students
and a life long friend of Mr Forde, Master Galligan & Master Daly. After a number of years training under Master Galligan Jamie went on to box and has a long list
of boxing acheivements including boxing for Ireland,competing successfully in the Golden Gloves in New York. Jamie turned pro in 2008 and continues to fight. Jamie
is a great friend to those in our Association and highly respected by all those who know him.
