The Kieran Sheehy Memorial Body Building Championships

The National Training Centre for the Special Needs (N.T.C.S.N) recently presented The Kieran Sheehy Memorial Bodybuilding Championships (Open Affiliation). Categories included First Timers, Novice, Intermediate, Seniors (<70kg, 75kg, 80kg, >90kg), Ladies. This was a charitable event with all proceeds going to fund the 'National Training Centre for the Special Needs' Supported by 'Special Olympics Ireland'

Galligans Tang Soo Do Club were proud to be asked to provide a Tang Soo Do demonstration as an interval act for this event. The demonstration included:
